IP67 Floor Box

Our IP range of floor boxes are designed for use in areas with controlled water conditions such as wet wash floor environments.
Primarily used as screed mounting floor box, it can also be used in cavity floors by use of additional fixing brackets.

When the floor is to be washed the services are disconnected and the gasket and sealing plate are fitted. This seals the floor box to IP67 allowing the floor to be thoroughly cleaned.

In use, the lid is removed and the services are connected in the normal way. The Floor Box is not rated to IP67 when the services are connected.
An optional Day-time Lid is available to close off the opening when the services are connected.
